Club Training

Club training is designed to cater for a range of requirements & different standards of runner, from first timers through to serious competitors:

 

  • twice-weekly training runs on Monday & Thursday nights from Royton Cricket Club

  • longer weekend runs, organised informally by club members

  • Couch to 5K programmes through RunTogether

  • away nights on occasions during the summer (social runs in different locations)

  • many members also benefit from track sessions offered by OCL

If you'd like to train with us, you're welcome to come along on a Monday or Thursday & give us a try.
