The club take the protection of the data that we hold about you as a member seriously and will do everything possible to ensure that data is collected, stored, processed, maintained, cleansed and retained in accordance with current and future UK data protection legislation.

Please read our full Privacy Notice carefully to see how the club will treat the personal information that you provide to us. We will take reasonable care to keep your information secure and to prevent any unauthorised access.

When you become a member of/renew your membership with Royton Road Runners you will automatically be registered as a member of England Athletics (EA). We will provide EA with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). EA will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings). If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with EA, please contact them at dataprotection@englandathletics.org.

Please pay your £50 membership fee before/at the same time as submitting your membership application.

The easiest way to pay is via online transfer (to Sort Code 30-96-26, Account No 01306698), or you can pay by cheque (payable to 'Royton Road Runners') to any member of the RRR Committee at Monday/Thursday club training nights or at Up & Running Oldham. Once your membership application has been received you will receive an e-mail advising next steps.
